From 300 pounds and drowning in anxiety to a leader in men's mental resilience, Chris is on a mission to help fathers refuse to settle. Once a depressed alcoholic battling severe daily anxiety attacks, he transformed his life—losing 100 pounds, reclaiming his confidence, and becoming a sober mental health advocate. Now, as the founder of Go Primal Lifestyle and host of The Primal Mindset podcast, he challenges men to break free from mediocrity and step into their full potential.

Through his high-energy keynotes, Chris delivers raw, no-BS strategies rooted in the Go Primal philosophy—Mindset, Nutrition, and Fitness. He doesn’t just speak about transformation—he’s lived it.
